Error Updating Locale on CIPC

I read many topics but find anywhere a workaround for my pb.

I had upload the french Locale installer ( cm-locale-fr_FR- ) on the CUCM (

The IP phones can be in french (user locale option ) but not the CIPC ( softphone )

I use several version of CIPC , but in anycase it does not update the french locale .

It may be because:

One or more localization files could not be found in the TFTPPath directory or were not valid. The locale was not changed.

Check that the following files are located within subdirectories in the

TFTPPath directory:

Located in subdirectory with same name as network locale:

- tones.xml

Located in subdirectory with same name as user locale:

- glyphs.xml

- dictionary.xml

- kate.xml

- dictionary.xml
