Unity version 4.2

I am moving Mailboxes on my current exchange server to a different Folder on the "same" exchange server,
I have done this several times with no issues but suddenly some users when trying to access messages from the phone get this message
"Your messages are not available" and I get event ID: 119
Reading through cisco docs its says we should run the unity permissions wizard if you move mail stores, but I have not moved the mail store, we have only moved the mailbox to a different folder on the mail store.
any suggestions?
