Inaccurate reporting in CRS 5.0(2)

I have a weird real time reporting problem. I have 20 agents on my CRS server and this reporting issue only seems to affect one user. When the affected user logs into the Cisco Agent Desktop or via the phone, Real Time Reporting immediately reports that she has been offered 4 calls and missed 4 calls even though she has just logged in and her phone hasn't rang for the day. Any ideas?

I am sure you have, but have you checked agent logs?

We have the same release, have not run in to that. there is however an open cisco case for calls showing in que, when no calls are in que.
