Do I have to take both the exam to be CISCO IOS Security Specialist?

and on cisco site, they have mention that last date to take 642-552 is 11/17/2008, what does it mean?

642-552 SND Securing Cisco Network Devices (SND)

642-503 SNRS Securing Networks with Cisco Routers and Switches (SNRS)

The requirement for IOS Security Specialist has been CCNA + SND + SNRS. The new requirement will be CCNA Security + SNRS. Until 11/17/08, you can use the current requiement. Also, as long as you take SND by 11/17/08, you can use CCNA + SND + SNRS for 3 years from the date of passing SND.
