Proxy server setting when VPN client is connected

When Cisco VPN client is connected, I have found proxy server is set to proxy.company.com port 8080 in Dial-up and VPN settings in Internet Explorer option. I was wondering where this setting comes from (VPN concentrator or VPN client)?

This can be configured on a router acting as a VPN Server or VPN3k device.

For example:

crypto isakmp client configuration browser-proxy browser-proxy-map-name

proxy server 1.1.1.1:8080

proxy exception-list www.*org

proxy by-pass-local

crypto isakmp client configuration group cisco

browser-proxy
