Question on tiered administrator access

We have three clusters, each cluster has 10-20 sites (partitions). We currently do all the administration centrally. Admins log in with their active directory account and are given permissions. However, the permissions are cluster wide (CCM Admin, CCM Read Only, etc). Is it possible to go one more layer and give an admin a subset of admin rights and only for a particular site?

Thanks for your help.

You can use Voice Provisioning Manager which can give sub admin. users access to handset, DN`s etc based upon a text strings which nominate so for example if you wish to allow someone to administrate handsets site A but not site B you assign them rights to handsets based upon a uniqueness such as Partition, description field for Site A
