Does anyone know how to get the correct attributes into the line text label and display for a user created with EM Line.

I am setting ${FIRSTNAME} in the provisioning manager attributes, but it just puts in exactly that in the field, rather than replacing with users name.

Its my understanding that you can change the Display (Internal Caller ID) on a changeline order. make sure you are at version 1.3 at least, there are some bugs with 1.2 regarding BAT and not setting these fields correctly including CSS

Hi, thanks for the response.

DO you know how I would do this? I am on version 1.3, but can see no way of doing this. It is an EM line rather than a phone line.
