I have multiple CSQs in my script, if I set a high priority one one csq will it have a high priority over all CSQs in the script?

Correct, priority step is applicable between muliple CSQs. This has been asked here few times and I provided the same answer, it's also been proven by several folks.

is this true when we have multiple csq across multiple scripts

so can I set the priority of queue 1 in script A to 10 and set the priority of queue 2 in script B to 5
