Failure Details : See the release notes if any Error Message is not clear.

MAC Address Error Code Error Description

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

02004C4F4F50(line 1) 438 object doesn 't support this property or method

thnks anyway for your help

Can you post your file?

What is the phone model?

Chris

hi rob and Chris

the file is here

i prefere CM 5 and 6 in doing bat

this file is only example (test one)

model 7940

I belive you are missing the number of lines indicator, which I belive is required in BAT for CM 4.1, i.e:

user1,lastname,userid,12345,,sales,12345,,,1,02004C4F4F50,SEP02004C4F4F50,,2323,batDis,batline,,,,,

It would be useful to see your file with headers.

Chris

Hi Marwan,

Here is an example of a .csv for adding a Phone/User and a 7941 from a 4.x BAT

Don,Ferguson,dferguson,,,Enrollment Services,,,,001B0CAD4B23,B156-02 - Don Ferguson,,6000,Don Ferguson,,,,,,

I do think that Chris is onto something with his reference to the Lines portion of the setup. Make sure that the Template that you configured for these additions has the proper Line info (it's kind of a secondary step in the Add Template) Then when doing the actual BAT .xlt make sure to check the matching number of Lines checkbox before saving.

Hope this helps!

Rob
