ISDN BACKUP REQUIRED WHEN TWO LINKS DOWN

WE HAVE 1841 ROUTER WHICH HAS RF LINK AND SERIAL LINK CONNECTED IN EIGRP NETWORK. WE WANT ISDN BACKUP ONLY WHEN BOTH LINKS WERE GOING DOWN. IF ONE LINK FAILS ISDN SHOULD NOT FIRE.

the dialer-watch feature should be fine for your needs because it allows to monitor routes instead of links
