Please confirm what i have to do with this problem, that is the cisco's output interpreter:
"%ENVMON-3-FAN_FAILED (x1): Fan [dec] not rotating
Explanation: The fan is not rotating properly.
Recommended Action: Ensure that the fan power cable is properly attached to the
fan power connector on the main board. If the problem persists, it indicates a
chassis that requires replacement."

If the device is under warranty, I recommend contacting Cisco TAC.

Need the part number for order the replace unit... somebody can tell me the part number of the fan 1,2 or 3... or the fan's replacement kit for 2821??

I couldn't find a part number since when a customer reports a fan problem on such hardware, the entire unit is replaced.

Please review the following url:
Document talks about a kit replacement for 2821 fans:
The fan replacement kit contains the following items:
â¢Fan unit (three fans connected together as one unit)
â¢Additional replacement screws (a few extra screws are provided in case you misplace the original screws)
â¢Installing and Upgrading Fans in the Cisco 2821 and Cisco 2851 Series Routers document (this document)
Can you confirm that??

I don't know what else to tell you. The document is there on the 'how-to' but it does not list any part number.
I've searched internally and externally w/o luck.
The only information I've received is the unit is replaced when a customer reports FAN problems.

Positive,
I originally found it on the Dynamic Configuration Tool, but I have also checked the pricing tool and downloadable price list under the ordering section. It lists for $100. Is your company set for direct ordering or through distribution?
