I am interested in getting call details out of Unified COmmunications Manager 6.1. When we installed the system we were told that we could use Crystal Reports to get the info out. Is this possible? Does anyone know how to connect to the DB? DOes anyone have a table list and field list?

usual access is thru AXL, look at the data dictionary for DB layout

you can export the CDR records into a sql database and run any reports against the database.

i'm not sure it is possible to do it continuously in real time. but you can go to the cdr analysis and reporting page and export files up to the current date/time and then use those in sql to find your data.
