CUCM forward busy going to standard greeting in Unity

Hi all we are running cucm 4.3.2 sr 1 with unity 5.01. If user a is on ext 5555 and recieves a second call, the second call is sent the v/m for 5555 but hears the standard greeting, not the busy. In cucm call forward busy for ext 5555 is checked and the max calls are set to 4 with the busy trigger at 1. The Busy greeting is recorded and enabled in unity. We are dual integrated with an Avaya g3r and i can test from my avaya phone and the busy greetings work fine. Thanks for you help

Use Unity Call viewer from Unity Tools depot and verify the reason code.

Check if schedule for Busy is active and not being overrided by alternate,

Port status monitor is also helpful.
