IPCC 3.5 - Not Ready timer

Does anyone recall if there's a 'wrapup timer' setting in 3.5? I've asked my customer to check their CSQ setting for wrap up time and it's not in this version

I have this problem too.

Try this bug CSCsh43145: "Wrapup timer not working". An agent must be in not ready state to make a call from the desktop so after wrap up they will return to that status. Even if they pick up the handset to dial the desktop will place them in NR so that is again the state they retunr to after the outbound call.
