Webview Switchboard reports

In Webview before we went to Callmanager version 6.x from 4.x we were able to run a report to see where the calls went in the switchboard. Can someone tell me if this report is now listed under something else, we are not able to locate it.

I have this problem too.

1. On a command prompt on the PG, type : java CiscoJtapiVersion -parms > Jtapi.ini

2. Go to c:\winnt\java\lib. If not there, search the C drive. It is dependent on the classpath.

3. Notepad Jtapi.ini file

4. Add the following line to the end of the file on line by itself.


5. Save jtapi.ini file, and close notepad application.

6. Cycle the CM PG (file not read dynamically, requires application restart).

7. Copy jtapi.ini file to the other side of the PG into the c:\winnt\java\lib directory and cycle other side PG
