here is the output of the error message decoder

1. %SYS-2-INTSCHED: '[chars]' at level [dec]

An internal software error has occurred.

Recommended Action: Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.

You need to perform an IOS upgrade.

What platform and release have you got ?

Be aware that with a valid service contract you can upgrade to the last image with no fee (if you don't change the feature set/train)

Hello Sampath,

in this case you can try to go back to the previuos release you were using on the device if it was stable with it.


you can open a Service Request to get TAC help
