Qos Config issue

I'm trying to do traffic shaping for one of my customer connected thru a VLAN subinterface

. the following is the configuration , but as per the SNMP graph the traffic is exceeding

the limit specified by the configuration

Yes, this configuration will work fine. Remove the config. Reboot the device & configure again Traffic shaping allows you to control the traffic going out an interface in order to match its flow to the speed of the remote target interface and to ensure that the traffic conforms to policies contracted for it. Thus, traffic adhering to a particular profile can be shaped to meet downstream requirements, thereby eliminating bottlenecks in topologies with data-rate mismatches.
