Hi,
Can anyone briefly tell me the signature database details (No of Signature) among the following devices,
-->ASA IPS/IOS IPS/IPS 42xx/AIP-SSM.

IPS on ASA/PIX = just 50 or so common signatures
AIP-SSM module = same signatures as Cisco 4200 series sensors. Little minor differences exist (like IPv6 signature support etc.)

Can you tell me, We will be getting all IPS Signature on ASA Itself with AIP-SSM Module.
If not, What is the Difference when enabling IPS on ASA with and without AIP-SSM Module.
