Convert IVR 3.5 Script to run on CRS 5.1

I am upgrading a customers IVR 3.5 Server to CRS 5.1. We would like to convert the script to utilize CRS TTS prompt generation rather then splitting off Nuance and upgrading. I have a few idea's about using Generated and Concatenated Prompts but would welcome suggestions. I have attached the original script for review.

I have this problem too.
