Hi,
Customer using IPCCX 5.0 Premium,
The problem they are facing is, the agents are going to "not ready state" automatically from the ready state and there is no specific time interval when this issue occurs.

Is it only one phone or is it all agents? Is that phone part of the jtapi user? Is that phone in the right CSS?

its affecting all agents, all phones are part of the jtapi user.agents resides in same css

Hi Ali,
I had the same issue, it turned out that the CTI ports have a CSS that can't call the phones. So the scenario is as follows, the call comes in.. gets routed to an agent rings once and then automatically goes to the not ready state.
