When a user gets a phone call the screen shows the letters 'ITS' but we dont know what this means,
the user currently has an issue where they are receiving calls froma hunt group yet on the phones screen its says 'logged out of hunt group' and doesnt allow him to logon using the soft key, strange considering he is receiving calls from this group.
Any idea's would be apreciated, thanks

Hi,
This sounds like an alerting name from a CTI route point or associated line?
Check the DDI number to see what internal number this maps to (it's possibly a translation pattern). You may find it's mapped to a DN that has a CallFWD all to the hunt pilot number and its this that has the "ITS" configured on it..

this might sound weird but do you see ITS at the bottom of the screen where the softkeys are or the actually Caller ID name is ITS?
