i've a CCM 4.1 with a MEIPS installed for taxation, all work fine except a 7970 phone which is not declared in the cdr statistics instead of making and receiving calls,
Are you just looking in the table in SQL? If you try to bring up the records via the webpage, are you getting any errors when you try to pull them up?
