Outlook and Unified Communications Manager 6.1.2 Plugins

Is there any plugins similar to the Microsoft Connector for CME but for Unified Call Manager? Customer would like screen pops for outlook contacts and be able to dial outlook contacts.

Anyone know of a Cisco product that can do this in version 6.1.2?
