7921g Stuck in headset mode

Hello all,

I have a 7921G that is stuck in headset mode. The odd thing is we don't have any headsets or users with headsets. I have tried resetting the phone through callmanager and locally, but nothing seems to work. I can switch it between speaker and headset mode, but I can't seem to get it back to handset mode. All feedback is appreciated.

Was this a new install or was the phone in production?

reset factory defaults remove power hold speaker phone restore power while holding speaker phone when the lcd screen is blank push 123456789*0# that will reset device
