Hi,

I guess you mean the data extrapolated in the standard webview reports. Yes it is, some of it in tables some other part depends on extrapolating the data from selected tables.

See the DB Schema Guide and the Reporting Guide for more details.

Riccardo

So if I am understanding this correctly, the data that fills in the real time reports, the supervisor desktop stats (such as ASA 5), and the historical data all come from one DB on the HDS. Is this correct?

Not quite.

Real time reporting information, as viewed in WebView, comes from the Real Time Distributor function of the AW. The RTD AW receives it's feed from the Router. The data is stored in the AW DB.

Historical reporting information, as viewed in WebView, comes from the Historical Data Store function of the AW. The HDS receives it's feed from the Logger. The data is stored in the HDS DB.

Real time reporting information, as viewed in a CTI client (such as the CAD or CTIOS supervisor desktops), comes from the Peripheral Gateway - not from the AW DB.
