How can I tell which is the latest device pack that I am using in CCM. I am using Call Manager version 3.3(4). I want to download the latest one from Cisco but I'm not sure which one is the last one on that was installed on the server.

On the CCM server, browse to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Cisco\Logs\CCMPatch. You will see log files in the format Cisco CallManager X.X DevPackXX Installation YYYY-MM-DD HH.mm.log. You should be able to locate the latest device pack that was installed and the date/time that it was installed.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

If you go to CCM Administration - System - Device Defaults - It displays the existing firmware versions of each phone type, look at the phone types you use.
the latest device pack for ccm 3.3 seems to be 3.3 78

compare your firmware versions with the versions on the device pack on the readme below..

I personally think it is better to upgrade the individual firmware files as the device pack seems to be from Oct'07
check the compatibility matrix for the phone type you have and use the latest phone load
