No Ring Back when forward all

Hi, When a call is placed from the PSTN to our VOIP system and if the call is forwarded to an external number, the call doesn't hear any ring back.


I have been looking at this solutions but it applies to H323 GW which in our case is the VOIP provider. Out GW terminating the E1 is MGCP controlled.

The call flow is:


PSTN>>MGCP GW>>CCM "if the call is forwarded to an external number>>H323 GW "VOIP PROVIDER">>PSTN.


Given that the H323 GW is the VOIP provider that we don't have access to, does the change need to be implemented on H323 GW or our MGCP GW terminating the E1?


Which log can I look to find any info regarding this issue, we are using CUCM6.
