The red light doesn't flash on our 7941 and 7961 after a missing call come or leave a voice message. Does anyone could show me how to troubleshoot or should I configure anything on CUCM and Unity?
CUCM version: 4.1
IP phone firmware: SCCP41.8-3-3S
It could be a restriction problem ! Be shure you have the MWI Ports in the right Partition/CSS
I've attached a troubleshooting guide for MWI problems. Make sure the on/off triggers are set in CCM and the ports are configured properly in Unity.
