CC Agents are finding difficulty with conference calling. When agents receive a call from customer for TPIN creation, agent would conference the call with '1805' where customer is required to enter TPIN. At this point of time, after TPIN creation, agent would like to continue speaking to customer thereby dropping the call made to IVR(1805). For the same, agent tries to release call and whole call is getting disconnected.
Is there a way to just drop only the call made to 1805 during conference and retain customer call, so that agents can speak to customer further.
