How can I clear counters on my PIX Firewall 515E ver 6.3(4). There are alot of input errors on my inside interface. Please advice.

pix(config)# clear counters
or if you want to clear only a particular interface
pix(config)# clear counters

Apologies, it is not "clear counters" it is "clear counter".
You also need to make sure you are doing this in config mode -

As Jon indicated, you need to be in config mode,
try - pix(config)#clear interface to reset all interface counters.
for especific interface
(config)#clear interface
(config)#clear interface ethernet0
etc..

did you go into config mode and enter the command?
e.i
pix>enable
pix#config
pix(config)#clear interface

"clear interface" but that might not correct the issue, when you get CRS errors that indicates that there is an issue with cables or problems with speed or duplex of the neighbors devices.
