User Tracking - Supported Platforms for UTLite script

Answered Question

I'm hoping to use the user tracking functionality on Cisco Works. Our domain controllers are running Windows Server 2008 64-bit, is the UTLite script supported on this platform?

I have this problem too.

Yes. However, UTLite does not run on the controllers. The binary sits on the controller, but is copied to each end host when the user's login script runs. Then, the UTLite33.exe runs on the client. Each client will run a copy of UTLite33.exe sending periodic updates to the Campus Manager server.
