Appears your CHAP hostname and password do not match, therefore connection not able to peer with far end.

on router A - hostname of far-end and password

on router B - hostname of far-end and password

Passwords must match

thanks

but the hostname and password are correct

means it is the same which we got from our service provider.

is the far-end hostname redeng? because that is what is listed in config as username

far-end means 'at the service provider end' rite?

yes it is redeng

the line is correct since they are having a Dlink router and they can access internet from there

Hello Mohamed,

from the debug ppp negotiation output we can see that the two devices don't agree on something about PAP

your side tries to use PAP

I: rx lcp frames

O: tx lcp frames

I think the trouble is this line:

int dialer0

ppp pap sent-username redeng password 7 0250014A13565F2455

with this command you instruct your router to present itself as redeng but redeng is your mate.

Try again removing it

Hope to help

Giuseppe
