Unable to add the user in Cisco Secure ACS

Hi,

We are using Cisco Secure ACS 4.1.1.23 with DB syncronization between two ACS hardware appliances. I am facing issue with adding further users in both of the ACS machines with even administrative Grant all privileges. Please find the attached screenshots.

Hi everybody,

I am not able to add users to ACS database from even Administrator user of the ACS. can somebody answer if there is something wrong with ACS database or something else.

hi Sarfaraz,

You must enter the name of user first before click Add/Edit button.

It must be work.
