CSM Client failling to start

Hi,

Could you please help me with this?

I have installed a CSM v3.2.1 with SP1 and, when I try to use the CSM Client, an error occurs and I can't start the application.

What can be the possible problem related with that?

1.When CSM client get launched, it hangs and just a white page appears. Then this bug CSCsd75666

2.CSM client session times out and is still reported as active. This also Bug CSCse67297

Unfortunately, this is not what is happening...

When I try to launch the CSM Client, a message appears informing that the SP for the CSM Client is different of the CSM Server.

So I click on the "Download Service Pack", but another message appears informing that the SP can't be found in the server.

Where I can donwload this SP for the CSM Client?
