profile.ini missing

Hi guys,

I have a UCCX with HA deployment. The first cluster has profile.ini that is empty, no content in the text file (probably due to a power failure on the server). I Checked the profile.ini on the other server and it has data in it.

Is it safe to copy and paste the data from the second node to the empty profile.ini ?

I know this is old. How did you resolve this problem? It happened to me today. I found this post and checked the bug. Still no workaround and it is terminated.

I had the same issue. Copy the content in server 1 and paste in server 2, but change the ip address to point the server 1.

Save and re-boot the server 2 (had empty profile before). Should be fine. Cheers!!!
