Monitoring My Network Bandwidth Usage

Hi everybody,

Please is there any command from the cisco ios which i can use to monitor the bandwidth usage of my network end users.

We are about to deploy asa5501 firewall in our network, can it be use for flow monitoring or do we still need a third party soft ware for flow monitoring?
