Hi Experts,
We have CallManager 4.2 that supports about 2500 IP Phones. I'd like to know if there is a way to push the Extension Mobility feature on all the IP Phones.
If yes, It would be great if anyone can point me to any link or provide directions on how to procced with this. Thanks.

Yes, you can use BAT to update the phones.

Hope this helps.

Naveen,
You would have to use BAT tool to do this.
Configuration Checklist for Cisco Extension Mobility:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/4_2_3/ccmfeat/fsem.html#wp1113937
Based on the checklist the biggest work is to create User Device Profiles for all the users.
BAT tool has an option to Generate User Device Profiles for User Devices, please research this option, make sure you test it before using it for the whole system.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/bat/5_2_3/bat_udp.html#wp1102929
---- go to the "Generating User Device Profiles for User Devices" section.
hope this helps

I have another question, How would the CDR's be impacted by this? For instance, if I make a search based on the user id under CDR > User Reports > Bills > Department ?

I think the CDR - User Reports Bills are based on Owner User ID. I don't this option is available on EM Device profiles.
I do't know if it would work. Hope somebody who has tested this would clarify.
