Integrated browser and agent desktop

Can someone point me to the right direction for configuring integrated browser in agent desktop?

Also, i know you can configure Agent desktop so agents can see the status of CSQ. Can someone assist me with this as well?

Enable the integrated browser through the CAD Admin GUI. Under Work Flow Groups - - CAD Agent - User Interface - Browser Setup, check "Enable Integrated Browser".
