Hi,
I have a UC500 newly setup for a small office now. I have managed to configure the phones, extensions and users mailboxes. I managed to make outgoing incoming calls and listen to voicemail messages(only unity menu, no messages).
When called party call forward all(CFA) to voicemail, I could not access to the called party voicemail.
Is there some missing configurations or known bugs?

telephony-service
call-forward pattern .T

Oh yes, I do have. I manage to find the cause now. It was due to a missing translation rule to translate full DID to 3 digits extension for redirect-called number as I have a dial-plan for full DID number. :)
