CSC-SSM e-mail delays and multipart issues

We have recently deployed a CSC-SSM in a 5510 that's behaving rather weirdly.

Multipart messages are being sent as multiple copies to outbound recipients and inbound mail is being delayed significantly.

This is a 100 user install base of ~60messages per hour. CPU is ~30% and memeory (1 Gb install) is averaging ~750Mb.

Anyone got some links to check processing queues etc. via CLI or SNMP OID's (ASDM is rather limiting)

P.S. Anti-virus, spyware are also running on this CSC-SSM

Further to this, with CSC scanning turned off on the module still leaves CSC in the path of the traffic. Visibility of queue lengths would be *very* useful.....
