I have a Cisco UC500 with 7 ip phones and one Wireless access point. So inter communication is working fine but following issues are having.

• One way voice issue (out calls)- I can make outbound PSTN calls through the UC500, the receiver received relevant call and can hear voice of sender but sender could not hear.

• Ringing tone is does not here (out calls)- Do not hear the dial tone when dial a number for outbound through uc500 but no issue for intercom call

• Call is not terminate (incoming call from out side)- When out going call make the receiver could not terminate the call while sender can terminate it.

Pls help to solve the above issues.

I just want to know Which PSTN connection you are using, PRI/FXO . Post your configuration..

Configure one command in dial-peer 50,51,52,53
