I've having some trouble getting our CM integrated with a new IVR product the Call Centre has brought in. Basic connectivity is acheived via a T1-CAS in one of our 2811 integrated services routers, which also hosts PRI and FXO circuits for the CM environment. Calls are being successfully routed to the Chatterbox system across the T1-CAS.
My issue is that we are only licensed for 8 sessions on the Chatterbox platform and I need to have CM direct the 9th and subsequent overflow calls directly into UCCX CSQ via jtapi trigger.
Sounds like it should be pretty straight forward but I haven't found that to be the case. I need another set of eyes to look at this and tell me what I'm missing.
