how would be PSTN configuration at branch & head office location:

at branch location:

we got

1. cisco 1841 router with WIC 2A/S

2. D-Link dfm 562e++ modem

3. v.24 cable that connect router serial & modem.

@ head office:

1. AS5350

my boss want configure modem, cisco 1841 & AS5350 to use PSTN line to branch & head office. from there it can access our required servers.

he want me to use

1. chat script

2. dialer interface

3. Is it true that if i make interface serial0/1/1 as async, it will create line interface as line 0/1/1.
