Unity Outbound fax test

Hi experts,

I'm in a troubleshooting about fax issue between Unity-VG-Exchange.

This is my first time using an Unity Version 4.0(5.0) and I can't find where the Cisco Unity Outbound IP Fax Test utility is?

Do I need to install it? if yes, where can I download it?

I need this tool in order to check my VG fax configuration.

Hello Andre,

You can find the IP Fax configuration wizard in Cisco Unity Tools Depot --> Administration Tools

If not, you can download it from here and it has lot of docs to help you in troubleshooting the issue.
