how do i setup when a user is on a call for a message to play "your call is important to us, please stay on line or press 1 for voice mail????

You can setup a Call Handler to answer the call first and then with Caller Input send the call to the user's VM.

Or if you have IPCC you can setup a script.

i can not find how to setup a call handler can you give me step by step instruction sence i am very new to this . in my topology i have 7911,7960 call manager 4.1
