Manager phone and Assistant

CM4.2.3 and both Manager/Asst only have 7940 and don't want to use IPMA

Can I setup Manager phone for incoming call to ring Asst 4 times if its not answered its forwarded to reception front desk, then if no answer it goes back to the Manager's voicemail

I have this problem too.

Do you want the call to go to the manager first or PA. and is it for all calls all the time or internal, external. You can set up a Hunt group Pilot which is on tHe managerS phone as a call forward setting. The Hunt group contains the DN of teE PA 1st followed by the DN of the reception. In the Hunt group set up check - use users preference with a timer set to how many seconds you want the call to travel through the hunt before goinh to VM. On the Managers phone set the call forward failure/ Not regsitered to VM , or add a 3rd hunt choice with in the hunt gruop to be Voice Mail but check if this goes to the managers VM BOX
