I have the following issue:
I have centralized PRIs at one location in County A.
I have another site in County B. they use the PRI's located in County A for in/out calls.
I have CER and uploaded the database and callback numbers to ATT's database. But when I call the PSAP, they are complaining they can not transfer the call from County A to County B psap.
What gives? Is someone giving me the run around on this??
