CME integration with NEC Neax 2000 IPS

I'm looking for a starting point in setting up some kind of link between CME and the NEC. It really doesn't matter if the link is T1 based or IP based. All I really need is to be able to dial from one system to the other and have the calling number show up on caller-id.

The link between NEC & CM is T1 based.
