CUCM - no DN in SRST mode when Subscriber shutdown

-CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13

-2811 12.4.15.T6, advanced service provider

CUCM group has Sub, Pub, SRST. Sub is shutdown, phones are registered to Pub as active and SRST as standby. when the remote site switching to SRST mode, no DN on the IP Phone.

Back to normal mode and removed Sub from CUCM group. when switching to SRST mode, now I can get DN on the IP Phone.

Q) why SRST site IP phone cannot get DN in SRST mode when Sub shutdown while the Sub part of CUCM group? Bug?

I think you might have to reduce the number of classes of service in SRST mode to accommodate all the DNs without exceeding these limitations.

can you post your SRST config?

the sole description does not provide enough details to tell why it's not working

Does anyone know why this is happening..I have the same issue, sub is down, no dn's on the phones when the phones fallback to SRST, can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue? thanks
