You can find system images for 5.0.x on the following link:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ips5-arch
However I would advise to upgrade to a higher major train now (if possible) because 5.0.x is too obsolete now.

After upgration IPS-4240-K9-sys-1.1-a-5.0-2.img to IPS-4240-K9-sys-1.1-a-6.1-1-E3.img i am getting below message
There is no license key installed on the IPS-4240. The system will continue to operate with the currently installed signature set. A valid license must be obtained in order to apply signature updates. Please go to http://www.cisco.com/go/license
to obtain a new license or install a license. Its not going to promt mode ?
How can i go to ips configuration mode?
Any steps which are to be done first?

Is there any specific error you are getting?
Did you upgrade directly from 5.0.2 to 6.1.1? You have to follow a specific upgrade path (mentioned in the release notes).....
An absent license should not prevent the sensor from going into the configure mode.

I just checked the software release notes and your upgrade is supported:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ips/6.1/release/notes/17173_01.html#wp1211351
Did you try rebooting? Whats the specific model and error? Can you post it here?

No this is just a regular message seen on EVERY sensor without a valid license.
There has to be something more. Or else you have to
> Open TAC Case
> Re-Image the appliance using the recovery media
